How do I book a hotel on Wotel?
Enter your destination, check-in and check-out dates, and the number of guests. Browse the results, select your preferred hotel and room, and complete the booking and payment process.
How will I receive my booking confirmation?
Once your booking is successful, a confirmation email and voucher will be sent to your registered email address. If you do not receive it, please check your Spam folder or contact Wotel customer support.
Can I request special room preferences?
Yes. After selecting your room, you can add requests such as:
Smoking or non-smoking room
High floor
Early check-in or late check-out
Use the “Add Personal Request” field during booking. Approval depends on availability and hotel policy.
I entered the wrong email address on my booking, how can I change it?
Contact our support team and we will update the address and resend the confirmation.
